Refund Policy

Your Acceptance

This is an agreement between a Surat-based Internet services company ("Pickndelivere"), the owner and operator of , the Pickndelivere software (collectively, including all content provided by Pickndelivere through the applications and the Site, the "Pickndelivere Service", or the "Service"), and you ("you" or "You"), the user of the Service. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICES, AND Pickndelivere's PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH CAN BE FOUND AT, AND WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. If you choose to not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Pickndelivere Service

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Pickndelivere Service. Information provided by our users through the Pickndelivere Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Pickndelivere. Pickndelivere has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, Pickndelivere will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Pickndelivere shall not be responsible for any damages, claims or other liability arising from or related to your use of any third-party website.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

The services you can buy or book via Pickndelivere are sold by our partners and not us. We are only responsible for arranging and concluding your booking and we have been appointed by our partners to act as their commercial agent to do so. If you pay for services from our partners through our Application, we may collect and receive your payment on behalf of the relevant partner in our capacity as their commercial agent. In this event, our successful receipt of your payment will discharge your debt to the partner for the services. Pickndelivere facilitates the payment transactions as per these Terms between you and each Partner, but is not responsible for mediating any resulting disputes. A venue falls short of your expectation and we’ll do our best to help. Please check all details and any restrictions relating to a service thoroughly before booking.

Although the Application is intended to provide a Partner's availability in real-time, it is possible that a scheduling conflict may occur that requires the Partner to reschedule your reservation. Creation of a reservation using the Application is not a guarantee that the Partner will honor the reservation as scheduled. If you want to reschedule or cancel a dated booking this must be requested and completed by contacting our Customer Care team at

Deals once bought are strictly Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable. For prepaid appointment, the refund amount will vary based on the Partner & the services booked. Pickndelivere has no obligation to provide refunds or credits, but may grant them in extenuating circumstances, as a result of specific refund guarantee promotions, or to correct any errors made by Pickndelivere, in each case in Pickndelivere's sole discretion. If customer does not get the service as claimed, he/she can ask for refund. If complaint by customer is found valid, then the refund amount will be refunded to their account in 15 working days.
